abby's partner (and guard cat) arlo, also another oc i recently revived. he had a very particular style that i drew him in that i really liked, even to this day, so i tried to capture that look - kind of a guzma meets cats don't dance kinda look. he's a greaser/street punk, but also a witch's son and his familiar is a kelpie that he captured against its will (the thing is always trying to escape)
