After recently grabbing a few more Pokemon I previously taken from adopts and purges, I decided to do more redesigning on the newer ones I got.
"Keiko Yuharu also known as Kei is an ink variant Skitty (Water/Fairy) type. Unlike other Skitty, she's overall dark and odd-looking for her type but she's pretty friendly among others. She just looks like that though can she open her eyes? Probably the rarest occasion that you'll ever see if she does."
