Sonic doesn't like to bath, everyone knows that. Tails, however, knows exactly how to motivate the blue hedgehog to get into the bathtub. Since Sonic has been practically an older brother to him, he learned quite a lot about his playful sides. Some of which the two-tailed fox decides to occasionally exploit to get what he wants. So how do you get a hydrophobic speedster into the tub? You offer to play battleships with him. No, not what you would understand under battleship, but rather a version that is more about roleplaying instead of tipping on squares. The young fox would shrink a ship down to the size of a toy and himself afterward. What followed would be a fictional sea battle against a hundred-foot tall hedgehog and a tiny ship captain.

Sonic was like a child when it came to playing a giant monster, he could sometimes get stuck in his role, completely forgetting that he wasn't actually a massive titan. And Tails? He was pleased enough just to be around his bigger sibling, especially when the blue blur was a mountain-sized beast compared to him. Although the fox boy also enjoyed playing his role as a sea captain, getting to experience what it would be like steering a ship on a large ocean. The game would end when Sonic sunk his tiny brother's ship or if Tails managed to survive the playful giant's actions. Not that any of them kept count, but Sonic always ended up winning the game. His shrunken fox brother didn't seem too bothered by that though, he always had a pleasant experience from down there after all.
