"To High Professor Flametongue:
It is my great pleasure to inform you of the discovery of what could be the lost piece in the puzzle of Dragonkind's evolution.
This species has most common features of crocodiles, but also presents wings and the head has horns pointing back.
But the most impresive characteristic is the impression of the scapular-wingcubital muscle, nowadays being thought to be a rudiment from our ancesters.
It seems that Scalers' theories about an underwater past were right, as this bones are too heavy to fly and the muscles they must have supported where huge too.
With this letter I send a theorical sketch of the creature, being helped in its construction by Doctor Deepdive. It seems the Crocodilian comunity is widely interested in giving funds for further investigation, she says, but we need an official answer from an eminence like yours.
I mostly regret the quality of the drawing, but time is up the essence and being just in second year of paleontology my skills have much to grow.

Thanking
Aleihr_Hawk for his support in hard times. You really cheered Wan up.

Thank you so very much for this. I adore it. ^. .^
One small thing though. When I say Aleihr is a draconic-alligator, it means strictly that. An alligator, not a croc. A croc has a longer snout with teeth jutting up and down like how you have displayed. Aleihr's maw is more blunt and only has teeth pointing down, like an alligator.
That would be like me calling you a komodo dragon, when you are a monitor lizard. The komodo may be in the same family, almost the same thing. But not. Just as the alligator is in the crocodilian family, it is a different species than the crocodile, they are simply not the same thing.
Keep in mind though, that its no biggy. I'm just trying to be clear. ^ ^;
