Throwback Thursdays: Power Distortion
Tried to practice with a bunch of filters as well as implement some steps from a VHS quality filter set up. I think the liquified bits take away from the asthetic but it does add a mix of roiling and whisping chaos to have some organic elements to the artificial glitching bits.
