ohh well if you look up at the top of your page, there should be a drop down menu called "My FA" next ya wanna go to account management and from there go to the bottom and you should see the option to change/upload an avatar! it only accepts 100x100 pixels tho so you might need to resize your image to upload it! hope that helps!
