Often marked as Officer Fangmeyer's partner in many fanfics and art pieces, Wolfard is yet another minor character hardly mentioned in Zootopia who doesn't even have an official first name (so here it's just what I thought sounded right) and has been given a myriad personalities. Is he tough as nails? A strong an silent personality? Another Precinct goofball like Nick undoubtedly is?
In Closed Doors (https://archiveofourown.org/works/20011033/chapters/47381635), I leaned a little closer to the latter choice than anything; this Wolfard is a bit of a jokester and dangerously curious about things, though naturally he's got a few hard edges (otherwise he'd never survive in his job, or with a tiger as a partner).
