After seeing so many good Nergigante art, I decided to finally upload an artwork of my own Nergi.

This is Star, a subspecies of Nergigante that grow in size and muscles alongside with their spikes when they get really angry. She is a bit of a jerk and really annoying to the hunter she... "befriended." (Read: Threatened, enslaved.)

Seeing some other art, it seems she isn't the only one with this ability! Yes to more growth Nergigantes! <3
It seems that muscles and Nergigantes are a common thing~

A big thanks to  artisipancake for drawing this. Those spikes must have been a pain...!
