Felicia Langhaar is a Lhasa Apso who was born and raised in the Dutch city of Rotterdam. She is sweet, bubbly and compassionate and loves windmills and tulips. But, when her family moved to New York City, she started high school in JFK High, where she met a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Fred Pembroke. The friendship between Fred and Felicia quickly evolved into a romance beyond compare. She is currently in a band with Jake and Jackie, the Pomerton Twins.
