The town we live in is art minded, and sprinkled all about the town are sculptures. Some are very pretty, some are of easily identifiable animals, but one of them always disturbs me... it looks like a bowling pin reject all brightly painted in different designs that confound and confuse the eye. I was told it was supposed to be a pregnant woman.
Sometimes, there is no 'what is it'. Sometimes it's all about the artist pulling the wool over everyone's eyes and having a laugh at their gullibility.
