Aww hehe, thanks Yosh! This is super nice and sweet. :3 Plinkie did a great job drawing it! It's fun seein' my original form too! Yellow eyes and my grey spots, it's how we all started! Hehe it used to be rare havin' you in socks and diapers - what happened to YOUR SHOES! Hehe. But it's cool how these two had fun buddyin' up and made it such a long time bein' close pals!

*Snugs* Actually, if I recall from way back, you were more of a sock fan than a shoe fan. So, given this, I believe Oxnard would've been quick to remove Yosh's shoes... and shorts.
Perhaps, for a little story, Oxnard wanted to get yosh to be less blushy about everything. So he takes off Yosh's shoes, as running without them is a bit tricky with slippy socks, and removes his shorts. While stunned, Oxnard plops Yosh over his shoulders while cheering, "Look whose not hiding anything anymore!". Yosh starting with a blush until he sees the supportive looks he is getting as they parade about town. This changes his mood as he embraces the thrill and, just as I feel now, he begins to play upon realizing there was no reason to be hiding in the first place. :)

When I commissioned Plinkers, I needed a ref for Oxnard as I last remembered him. I did an awful job of labelling my files prior to going 100% blind. So I searched the site and, the first one I vividly knew that came up was the 2012 hospital pic. This is the one I shared with Plinks.
Nearly 8 years later, I still vividly remember that image and how, because of it, I don't have any PTSD from those frightening weeks in-and-out of surgery and the hospital.
*Sighs* Bittersweet but definitely more sweet than bitter.

I've made a lot of friends on here since I started out in 2008. Some have stayed, some have gone, and some peek in-and-out every now and then. However Oxnard has been a pal who has always made time for me during all the ups-and-downs of life. I've also been able to share in helping him as much as he has helped me towards pursuing goals, getting through rough patches, and offering a shoulder to lean on.
Perhaps, more simply, he is what you are when it comes to being a pal. You're friendly, outgoing, caring, and seek to find the best in people through pure kindness.
There are not many individuals who have what you and Oxnard have. I hope you keep this in mind as, truly, it sets you positively apart from a majority of people in our world. It's those, like you, who help people, like me, learn to be better both on, and off, the internet. :)
