Awesome music is awesome. It's basically impossible to do On to Grasstown wrong, so don't worry about that... Excepting perhaps I have to wonder why the choice of the pitch-decaying plucky bell-ish sounding thing?... It kind of draws attention away from the awesome happiness of the rest of it.

Well I'm not entirely sure why I picked it, I wanted it to sound slower at the beginning so it wouldn't start so suddenly and it also gives it more power when the main part starts, I guess I just liked the sound of it or something and you could think of it as a way to separate it from the original track a bit
Lol, yeah grasstown is also one of my top 5 favorite songs in the game, it's just so happy and has a kindof funky beat to it at points. I intend to do more cavestory songs when I have time. I'm also working on my own game that was originally inspired by cavestory (but it will play differently but still borrow some elements from CS)
Game inspired by Dou, but I'm ofc. making it different as to not just rip off CS completely lol (but I will try to have some features, but that's more like a tribute than ripoff reason though :b) I'm still finishing up the basic stuff and fine tuning things here and there before going into level design but it's progressing really fast so shouldn't be too long till I can output a playable demo :3 (give it some months though, I have no idea if I get stuck on something or how long this or that will take)
