An updated pic of my beloved haposaurs as they appear now after over 10 years of updates and revisions.
Special thanks to
nishi for having assisted me greatly in taking my hapos to the next level by giving them an updated appearance. The following is what they used to look like.

They now look like what you see above. Though, as I am not a great artist by any means, I will allow nishi's work to speak better towards their updated, jovial appearance.

The yellow fellow with the blue diaper-like garment with a pocket (pockey-pants) is named Lucky Saurral. He is depicted here as he looks towards the end of the series explaining to my character that pockey-pants may look like diapers, but they are not used in the same way. Please note that Yosh E. O'Ducky does not appear in the series. Though, I may make a future project revolve more around the little fella'. :)
Care to read a haposaur story? Here's a fun one that comes in early in the series and stars a reluctant Scuttle as his younger pal, Lucky, works to get him into the spirit of Happy Day. Can Lucky, with the help of their youngest friend Cappy and his mother, Daisy, get Scuttle into the spirit of the occassion? Why not read and find out. :)

First off the logos are awesome. Second off, I really, really like how each character has a sense of depth, and volume and motion. No mere staticy forms on the page, these happy Haposaurs appear caught in mid movement.
I'm really liking how your work incorporation a line or posture of motion and much more curves. Keep practicing and I'm sure you'll get even better.

Hehe, it's neat to see ya draw 'em in a new style! (: It's good to try out new looks and ways to draw the same thing, both for a better understanding of the character, and for fun! Well probably other stuff too, but still, they look a lot more colorful now! (:
I think my favorite pose is the bottom left! They're all peaceful and letting their little plant blow in the wind... it looks so peaceful! :D Hehe

That's exactly the look I was going for. Nothing quite like just going out and enjoying a day by sharing floral fun with all those around you. :)
I really have been trying to master the updated look. Soon enough, I'm pretty sure I'll nail it, too. Kazootles! If you could only see what some of the first hapos looked like over a decade ago. Yipes! <LoL!>

I'm glad you like them. They are the stars of my longest lasting project for which I have been trying to get recognized for. Over the years, they have gone through many changes and story updates, but they've never stopped being lovable. :)
If you'd ever be interested in knowing more about them, I invite you to take part in some of the stories I posted for sample on here. They can be found right on my user page at the top under the label, "HAPOSAUR." :)
