To stay in shape I also hit up the heavy bag at the local gym from time to time. I can toss a pretty mean punch, and a decent high kick. But I'm trained to throw people, lock em up, and yes...make them tap the mat. Their is a lot of overlap with Judo and shoot wrestling. We should compare notes some day.
