‣ shows up in the middle of the night looking to buy trash and trash DIYs (cans, tires, etc.) pays a lot more than Nook's Cranny for them.
‣ if you sell him enough trash, he'll give you a star piece as a thank you. sometimes they'll be zodiac pieces from other months!
‣ lives on his own island alone.
‣ very disheveled. has a bandage on his nose and can never button up his star-piece-patterned shirt right.
‣ always carries around trash in a patched up over-the-shoulder bag.
‣ easy to spot because his big yellow eyes seem to glow in the dark.
‣ talks in short sentences... and always trails off at the end...
