                    Death God.
The Grave Keeper.
Husband of Luna, the Guider of Souls.
With the fall and imprisonment Malacanth, the Tyrant of Shadow, a power vacuum was created in the pantheon of RuTera.
Marcus would assume the role as the new God of Death, and contrary to his predecessor, he would aim to make the journey of departed souls less harrowing than when the Tyrant was in power. Marcus' ultimate role was more akin to that of Charon: the ship he modified would be used to ferry the departed to their final resting place, with the assistance of his wife Luna, who acted as a comforting gaze of moonlight in the dark.
Marcus is armed with Whit's Edge, a blade forged of shade and silver capable of severing souls' lifelink from their bodies, and the golden melodies of his Siren's Call, a harp whose music is able to sooth the turmoil a soul would suffer upon passing on.
Lovingly cradled within the harp's arms, Tourmaline gives further guidance and emotional support for the departed souls. Tourmaline, attuned to the aspect of Wind, is one of the gem warriors bonded to each of the seven original Fates, crew of the Catafalque. With her mastery over the forces of wind, it is no wonder that Death's whisper can be heard even in complete, dead silence.
Once again big thank you to Timothy-henri Timothy-henri for the artwork design; and apologies to everyone else on that outfit Adopt block; I promise there's only 3 more specific outfits to go for the core group in the D&D game these characters originate from.
and thanks to Shen for helping edit a little bit of the above entry.
