And I’d disagree. Just as not all black people think silence will work. It didn’t work all those years people were enslaved, that’s for sure. It took the loud, in your face era of the civil rights era to make serious change happen. Same with gay rights. If you rest on your laurels it can allow bigots to get comfy. Right now we’re seeing things like Charlottesville happen still. It’s not time for quiet.
