This is Sailfish, My seawing dragonet character that is apart of the assassin group known as the Talons of blood.
His father Is Oceanic, a medium ranking Fireclaw seawing in the talons.

These are his two pet rocks, Scawly the Nitwin and Spiwny the Skiwin xD

Plans for sailfish:
Im still working out his early backstory, but later in life he's destined to murder his mother (a dragon outside of the talons, relationships with outsiders are not allowed) and later, His father after years of tormenting him.
He's extremely loyal to the talons, to the point where he doesn't bat an eye towards the thought of killing his mother the outsider, or his father, the traitor.

Basically, he learning that his mother was an outsider shattered something within him. Deep hatred seeped through his scales as he realized that the only reason that he was a talon, was so that Oceanic could save Aquamarine, His mother, scales.

If a member of the talons is discovered with an outsider mate, they have two options, Puersuede them to join, Or kill them.
