Well my most recent location has finally come to the publishing state. It's taken over a month to get everything made and setup how I wanted, and it looks good.

It's not photorealistic, and that's by design. If it was, the characters you'd use would also have to be photoreal. And that's way too much work for me, personally.

Some of the features of the Apartment:

-Materials should work in both EEVEE and Cycles
-Some memes are hidden through the apartment
-Fully Lit, HDRi included, materials and textures all CC0
-Variety of models included that can be used in other projects
-Model Filing structure clean and (hopefully) easy to understand
-Multiple Rooms for different possibilities. Rooms are modern, but flexible
-Some models, like the blinds, have vertex groups and can be opened and closed
-Models either made by me, or found under CC0 license (Which means free for distribution)
-Doors, drawers and Cabinets are controlled by Empties, which should make animating the apartment elements much easier

There are more features, but it's a little hard to remember everything I've done since the beginning.

You do need at least Blender 2.82.7 to open the file. It will not work with previous versions.

You can use it however you like, I just ask that you don't try to sell the models, claim them as your own, and that you credit me if you do use the scene.
