I like it, the only thing i might have a problem with is id have gone with a different color background, theres too much red in the picture. It makes everything run together and makes the actual character hard to see.

Well its not all that bad, i always go with the color that appears the least in the actual character, since Neon's eye is blue and is the only thing blue, i would have gone with either a slightly dark slate blue, or a mixture of greenish blue, since there isnt a lot of green either. But meh, i cant even draw, i just color other peoples art so you can ignore me if you like XD.
