New character! I don't know what I should name him, but the concept was "what if I made Bill Cipher but made him legitimately shipable??" SO now I have this guy.
Inspiration? Lemon Demon's A Mask of My Own Face, check it out. Anyway! Concept is he's a kind of chaotic evil cocky bastard man who runs a competition, or a game show, or is villainous in some way. He's got another side to him that's a little more down to earth, but he's normally not showing it unless he's found like that accidentally, as he cares a lot about his appearance.
