She's a shiny mew with a few modifications. Apparently she met a human who gave her the ribbon she wears around her neck [doesn't have to be that long, just tied in a bow at the back] and called her little girl. She can say a few human words - namely "help," "yes," "no," and "little girl." If she finds a human in trouble she'll often try to help them, but doesn't approach them otherwise.
