Don’t know who the artist/artists are here, but this foundation has been home to all sorts of beautiful graffiti artwork. I ride down here routinely just to check out the new art. As for the “World Wide Art Party” piece, that appeared the day after our state went into lockdown (our lockdown allowed for bicycling and walking, thus my ability to escape and take pictures like this.
