Looks like that last bit of water was too much for her body to handle.

I DON'T LIKE POPPING SO THIS IS THE FIRST AND THE LAST ONE I'M EVER GOING TO DO so don't ask.

Now onto the mistakes in each page that led to her demise:
1st: The fact that it was her first inflation.

2nd: She didn't stop when she started feeling full, and most importantly the fact that she stepped on the hose.

3rd: She sat down and didn't even notice the large amount of water coming because SHE CLOSED HER EYES!

4th: She didn't spit out the hose right when she was pumped full of the bulge of water in the hose.

5th: She was so freaked out by the fact that she expanded that fast that she didn't remember that the hose was still pumping her full of water, and she popped.

Also I almost colored the letters red but changed them to yellow because she just popped, if I colored them red it would be reason enough to assume that the letters we're in her blood.
