Adelle enjoying a day at the beach.
Really fun experiment, this is my first time combining 2D and 3D arts (2.5d?), I had no idea if it would work, or what the result might look like, but the farther it went the more fun it became (like playing a city builder game) and started looking pretty neat imo. I've been trying to find ways to work more efficiently on large cities, so I used Blender 2.83 to generate the buildings, model assets, and compose the piece along with 2D art made like usual.
Hope you enjoy!

Haha, thank you! Man, that was something I had to constantly keep in mind. There's that point where you're thinking 'oh yeah i can put all these small details and textures' because I can, but had to hold back and think if I should. It really does help that Adelle is a good character to work with. It was really fun and exciting to see it all come together. Cheers scream! :D
The mixture of blender and photoshop looks incredible! I love the texture of colours and shading (I’m not sure what I should describe this as, haha), and it makes the pic very visually appealing! I believe the best way to describe this style would be extremely clean and energetic (correct me if I’m wrong). Keep up the great work, have fun and take care of yourself!
I didn't see the heart before, that's so cute! And that building to the left of it must be an IKEA, no other explanation accepted. The plasticity is always so good in your art, flat stylisation, but it's never looking flat if that makes sense. And the colors are beautifully mixed too. Juicy ocean colors.
