Booster is surprised by his very different new body ... but wait, who is Booster?

Speaking of "Booster": I have NEVER heard of or known him, because Booster is not his name, it would be the Nickname (Of the guy who made the Request for me), because he never had a name, he is from a cartoon ( from probably by the Years of 1990 or 2000), that was canceled, I don't know the reason, but maybe because it didnt get famous, or because the Draw style was bad (even at that time), so, I don't know anything about the Character or who created it, this the only reference that I got, so, I don't know anything of him, and I was surprised to see a character that I never heard about like that
