A second part to the request for  kaafan10 and here we have Kira, Keegan and Rocky. you all know that Kira doesn't like being called short and where she works, but you may have noticed that I put the word 'Regressed' for Keegan. So I will explain to you all;

Keegan was a scientist who created an android for the Kommander to be a replacement for Mr. Kat so they could rule the world faster. However, Chad(Human version of Khad) spirit found it and possessed it(Long story, is sad and takes longer to explain) and soon became part of that body. Years went by, and Keegan was still upset that Khad was getting attention, even though Keegan created the body. So in act of revenge, he made a second android to destroy the first one, AKA Khad. Right when Khad defeated the second android, by having it become his older brother(His family spirits possessed Chad to keep him alive). Once he was back, Keegan was sent to Area One for rehabilitation; aka getting spanked for being a naughty kitty and Kira got assigned to do so and punished Keegan for it. During the times when Kira showed how dominate and bossy she can be, as well as getting her prey down to her knees, he fell in love with her abilities. At first he wanted to use her to get revenge on Khad, but she explained to him that she already does this stuff to him and that blown his mind. He soon realized that Khad wasn't defective at all and was really a living being; because he denied that it was true. So after realizing that, he decided to give up on revenge, and actually do something worth his life, and he asked Kira to be her boyfriend. And soon after a while, they started falling for each other. When they got married, Keegan realized a secret from Kira, two of them. First and obvious is that she's a herm, and the second one is that she can't get pregnant due to her being a herm. So he found something to do and got his old job back, but used it to create a formula to help Kira get pregnant. As well as Kayla and Kit. That made the three of them so happy, they cried tears of joy from that. So they dranked it, then got down with it in bed, and soon they all had a newborn kitten of their own, each of them a baby kitty boy.

So yeah, there's your backstory for Keegan. Originally the idea of Kayla, Kira and Kit having kittens was kaafan's idea, so this is a Catnipian version on how they got their kittens. And yeah, Kira likes pet plays, so obviously he treats her son like a pet, and he truly loves it.
