Well since this is a reference sheet, there's not much to say about him..

Have any questions about him, feel free to ask, though I just designed him today, and therefor he doesn't have a background yet.

as for the art, I wanted to do some feral again and felt like creating 2 OC's.. The next one is coming up tomorow, hopefully.
