Azure has a general workout routine every morning.
Pushups, benchpresses, sit ups, butterfly crunches and a nice 30 minute jog outside when the sun is up.
She'll also eat a hearty meal with eggs, soy sausages and protein pancakes with a tall glass of OJ.
