The Cherry Blossom Festival will be taking place during the next two weeks. Today was the Kite Flying Festival portion during the two week event. Brian brought three kites with him. For the most part, Klavi and Justin were able to get the one they used in the air.

It's been a pleasure having Justin visit here in Richmond, and today was a lot of fun.
