Rebecca Cooper, or most people known her as Mad Man Rebecca is professional master, and also a men chaser. Rebecca Cooper grew up a noble family who are servant to the high council of dragons. Rebecca enjoy the luxury life, until all of it was taken away, when the council of dragons accuse her family for stealing treasure from the treasury. Most of her family were executed by losing their heads, but Rebecca was the only one to live, and been sold to a noble dragon as his personal servant. Rebecca manage to live, but her life was a living nightmare. The noble dragon had her do hard label, even had to live in the storage to sleep at. Rebecca got the opportunity to escape, by using a hidden knife she got from the kitchen, and end the noble dragon life. She located his small fortune, and left town for good.

Over the years, Rebecca gain the reputation as the Mad Man Rebecca, do of her picking on male victim who are noble line, and steal their fortune under their noses. She continue on doing this for many years, until she became the master thief that no one can touch. Rebecca still want revenge on the dragon council that murder her whole family, even willing to join forces with anyone that are willing to pay the right prices.
