Chantilly's favorite pokecenter
Chantilly likes to relax at a very specific Pokemon Center on travels because the back side of it has a magnificent view and a pond. This area is often rainy and as we know, she loves rain. Today just happens to be very sunny :3
Art Notes: This one was in my backlog for almost a year. They good thing is that as it took me so long to work on it, each time I played with this piece I also improved the art slowly. That background took me a while to make as I'm not so good with them. This was a good way to practice so I'm hoping I can continue improving on this.
