The finished request for 
NES1300 with shadows and a background. ^\/^.
I spent a good deal of time on the background. I decided to take one of the photos from my study abroad trip and edit it to look like a Manga page. After a while it went from that, along with a good deal of editing, use of filters and a lot of layers, and ended up with something that looks like an illustration for a children's book. At first I hated it, but then, after a while, I actually like it now. It may not be pure Manga, but it still looks tight. LOL. ^\/^.

Thank you. I edited one of the photos I took while in China. That is part of the Forbidden City in one of the beginning courtyards around the entrance area. I forgot which part though with there being 2 or 3 large epic looking gates before one gets to the main palatial area. LOL. ^\/^.
