Chimera in both the mythical form despite one of the 3 heads being a goat over a sheep and in the literal scientific since as if Jin was born as a sheep hybrid but as he grew more of his chimera traits started to show do to having had a possible twin who was another species of hybrid.
When someone comes from Japan, chances are they look and feel Japanese :p
Jin was born in Japan, so he still has some japanese habbits and vocabulary. They also settled in the asian district of Hybrid City, so that also helps with keeping the habits.
He does not have a collection of kawaii. His father decided to become a shinto priest after Jin was born, seeing as how Jin is a komainu hybrid. He took up position as the priest of the only shinto shrine in Hybrid City. He might have ceremonial robes as a result :p

I'm trying to read his shirt. Ga then O but the next character I'm not sure of, it is like half of Ni but for that character there should be two lines. And that makes me wonder what the word would be since Katakana is used to express non Japanese words such as アメリカ A-Me-Ri-Ka. Admittedly I am super new to learning Japanese so I may be missing something.
