I planned to wait until Eurofurence 2020 with this upload. However since the con is cancelled now, I'm going to show it now, since I don't want to wait another year :) The theme of the next Eurofurence (that hopefully will take place in 2021) is "Welcome to Tortuga - On the High Seas", so I was immediately on board when
KaylinMangorian offered this picture as a YCH. As always, the result is just so amazing - from the motion blur of the birds to the wonderful shading of my character, everthing is just so well done!

A Little Fanboy/Nerd trivia...
I'm from Nova Scotia, home of the Bluenose...Queen of the Mighty North Atlantic (1921-1946). She's on the other side of the Canadian dime.
She sank off the coast of Haiti in 1946, long before my time. But...the Smith & Rhuland shipyard built an exact replica (with some of the same craftsmen) named The Bluenose II.
When I was 17, I got to explore the Bluenose II, including the main mast. That was, for this silly Nova Scotia Crossfolf, a sacred experience...
Thanks for reminding me of that day!
