Sweetie Belle, the majestic padded alicorn
First of all, please let me thank to my great friend Yosh E-O for giving me this amazing idea for a new drawing. I have to say that I made it quickly but the result was, in my opinion, amazing!
The basic idea of this drawing was represent Sweetie Belle, my favorite of all the characters on MLP without a doubt, and the best pony of the universe (and probably more), in a more majestic way, showing her as a great alicorn pony in the sky, with the wings extended and a face full of confidence. This way now I can have a better and more interesting avatar to represent myself. I loved my previous one with that baby sweetie, but this is more elaborated and more special for me. I'm pretty sure that I will love to have it on my main accounts like here on FA or Twitter.

Now this is a heartwarming picture to wake up to. The way you made your Sweetie Belle OC into such a majestic Alicorn is just beautiful.
Art, like this, is very symbolic. Having Sweetie Belle happily padded is cute. However you had her do a lot of really nice things in each post you uploaded of her. She did so many nice things that she definitely would have reached a point of rising to an Alicorn as 'Princess Of Padding'. Perhaps she is 'Princess Of Foals'?
Princess Luna cannot do it all in the dream realm. Alicorn Sweetie would be the one who could enter dreams and daydreams to help comfort young foals who are having a hard time dealing with having to share love with a newborn sibling? Or, perhaps, not having an easy time making friends with other young fillies and colts?
Are you familiar with the Care Bears? Maybe Alicorn Sweetie could be like a Care Bear? Her home built on an island cloud where she watches over Equestria for foals, fillies, and colts who are having trouble with how they feel about themselves and others? She then flies down to help the unhappy child find happiness?
Maybe, in one of her efforts as a princess, she comes to meet a filly, or colt, who learns they will never be able to get out of diapers? Her appearance would surprise the child due to how Alicorn Sweetie wears a diaper, too. Then Alicorn Sweetie would show the sad foal how there are many creatures who need diapers because of various reasons and how diapers are not just for babies. Maybe she would even add how she is a princess and wears a diaper. If someone you respect as a princess needs diapers than what is wrong if you need them, too?
Lots of possibilities for your alicorn OC. She would be the hero to children and those who are children at heart.

Well, I think that calling her an OC is a bit exaggerated since she is literally Sweetie Belle transformed in alicorn, bigger, and more detailed but not so much more.
I like your theories a lot and I think that she would fit perfectly with the profile of "Princess of the Foals". I remember an episode from The Simpsons were Bart says that children need a syndicate, then this could be like the next step. A princess dedicated not only to help foals with their troubles (most of them related to diapers or trying to leave them) but also to fight the unfairness of the foals in a world of big ponies! I want my castle next to the magic kindergarten if you don't mind. I'll now take care of that. Several countries have offices dedicated to protecting children's rights and of course their education, I guess that now this princess will assume that role in the Equestria's government. And my first decree is to build a second school in Ponyville because one school with nine desks is really low. I think that I can also help princess Luna with some dreams yeah, she must focus on those heavy nightmares with evil monsters that can destroy the world.
I can imagine now, my castle will be built with padding, then you can feel that you can hug the walls and instead a big hall with a big red carpet, the entrance will be a playground. Uh huh! This sounds pretty good to me.

It would be cute to see 'The Princess Of foals' meet with 'The Sun Princess' to talk about how to teach the classes while they also take on their own 'Star Pupil'.
Would your colt, Magic, be one who may grow into a super talented pony with help from Princess sweetie?
