This character design has been plaguing me for well over 2 months now and I finally got him OUT. Ira. He's a sandman, specifically a dreamwalking sandman. He exists in minds, darkness, nightfall, shadows. If light touches him (true light, not light in someone's dream) he will fade into nothing until the next night, after he has time to regain his strength. More or less, sunlight drains him of his life force. He's pale skinned, has dark blue nearly black hair, a few pale strands (almost white) near the front in his bangs. His horns are silvery as are his toes. His tattoos are black.
