A surprisingly old character I created several years ago, but didn't name until this year. Guy, a Yoshi. Much to do with his character is funsy headcanon stuff for Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga, with long hard eye contact with Paper Mario. So if you don't like that kind of thing... cry!

Guy came from a Yoshi village past the Chucklehuck Woods in the Beanbean Kingdom, but after a few years of wandering around looking for things to do has settled on a job with the Mushroom Kingdom Disaster Response Team (often called the DiRT for short), where the burliness and stamina that come with being a Yoshi serve well to rescue and otherwise support people when the unexpected happens, like an earthquake or a destructive storm. Or when the completely expected happens and Mario takes down a Koopaling's castle in the middle of a tundra, and all the Thwomps and Goombas inside are snowed in.

Beanish Yoshis are about as easygoing as Mushroom Yoshis, but not as excitable. In Guy's words, "Mushroom Yoshis are a bit bonkers, yeah? I mean, I like a good melon just as much as they do but I'm not about to go mental and do a backflip over it if you give one to me." His favorite fruit is the nectarine. Favorite person is a Bumpty at the DiRT called Haley who thinks every problem can be solved with bandaids. Favorite move is the Flutter Kick. Preferred expletive is "figs". Would rather lead than follow when in the company of his coworkers but takes charge if he's on his own.
