For some reason, Woog found a hose in New York City, and although he's getting thirsty, just for fun, he sticked the hose into his mouth, and then someone turned the valve on for the hose.
That's when water came rushing through his mouth, causing water to fill his belly, resulting with a water-filled belly. But I think he's satisfied with it, maybe.
