It looks like it was drawn with a non-photo blue pencil. Which are designed specifically to not photograph or scan.

Oh, no. Just a blue lead. Little trick someone taught me once. I'm supposed to ink over it and then it'll scan/photoshop out easily but I'm too lazy to do r/l inking. And these aren't worth inking and scanning, or photoshopping. They got a bit of a clean up before posting but that was it. XD

Yeah, that's sort of the point of the blue. That the scanner doesn't want to pick it up. They're not so great for sketching, as much as they are for just doing an undersketch.

I know, but my scanner's so crappy it picks up everything whether it's meant too or not. Plus I cleaned it up a little. It does the trick. Only I ran out of blue on these sketches, so I'm down to dark blue, red or green now. XD The red is very angry and the green makes it seem like homework the teacher's written all over. I just like them better then I like the normal grey leads. Can't go back to them now.
