When I went to Turkey a few years back, you often found the nazar (or ‘evil eye’) on many things, especially souvenirs. Some of these incorporated them on fish and birds but I fell in love with this flower pot version. One big eye on the pot and sprouting little eyes as flowers.
I have it hanging over my plants. It does a mostly OK job of protecting them it seems. Maybe too much. One of my cactus grew too big it collapsed recently.
