This is NeroLuna’s Ultimate form. When he unleashed all of his power, he gain this form and become invisible to anything, well almost.

With this form he has access to fly in air and able revived himself from dead. He creates duplicate of with this form up to seven. He can breath the poison breath from his mouth and steal darkened soul with his right arm. He also ability to touch transparent being with his left arm. From his tail, he can create lustrous traps to his enemies. His shadow is more powerful that it can grab onto other shadow and make that person felt same touch as the his/her shadow does. His breast sense are much power that he can hear and smell his enemies nearby.
