Marvelous mounds of sweetness from the kitchens of morphine.wulf

So I actually made this around Christmas time but never posted it. *shrugs*
Also made it for a few gifts.
Ingredients:
1 bag unsweetened shredded coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter (Room temp)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 block chocolate almond bark (Or regular chocolate, almond bark sets up better)
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients (except the chocolate) in a large bowl until incorporated.
2. Put in the refrigerator to set up some.
3. Melt your almond bark/chocolate over a double boiler.
4. Spoon chocolate into molds and work up the side
(I used candy cups, you could use candy bar molds, or even just spreading
the coconut in a pan and pouring the chocolate over it)
5. Spoon filling into the cups and place more chocolate on top.
6. Place in the refrigerator until set.
Notes:
• You can make these into almond joy by placing an almond in the middle.
• I wanted the taste of that so I added some almond extract.
• If you can't find unsweetened coconut then used sweetened and reduce the sugar.
