Well, part of the plot of KH3 seems to be Sora rescuing those who have been lost to darkness, like Ansem, Terra, Ven, Aqua, those guys. So… you never know. Then again, considering that Xion is a part of Sora, and a part of Sora that everyone forgot about, it just may not be possible.
Man, her lot in life just sucks.

No, but given how Isa and Lea act around each other… you know, Axel, if you don't want to be thought of as gay by the fandom, then you might wanna dial back these intense "friendships" of yours. Just saying.
But, um, without trying to be too spoilery, let's just say that our Xehanort and old Master Xehanort from the BBS trailers are indeed quite related, and that their story is so complicated that I can't say much more without spoiling anything.

Nomura never created her to be a mary-sue character, she basically is the leftover memories of Karia when she lost her heart in sora (with soras face), those leftover memories could be depression and other stuff that makes her seem like a mary-sue character, since Karia did get migrains (and passed out) ever time Roxas did something in KH 2.
Defining a Mary Sue is tricky, and most people can only agree that the concept exists, not what it means. One could argue that the definition of a Mary Sue goes something like this
Mary Sue:
1. A character who has too many positive characteristics, and too few genuine flaws to be believable or interesting.
2. Whatever you say it is.

Perhaps TV Tropes might be able to help, provided you don't have anything else to do today:

Well, originally Nomura wanted to show the origins of all of Organization XIII, but decided to not complicate the story to that degree.
And yes, actually, Lea does become friends with Ventus. This is the canon explanation for why Axel was so interested in Roxas: he reminded him of a long-lost friend.

Nomura admits that Axel was suppose to die at the begining of KH2, but he was so well liked by everyone that he decided to give him a better death. And that's why he's in 4 games instead of 2. Fan love. Not that Axel isn't awesome, but he wasn't originally suppose to be around that long.
By now, I'm use to his story holes and retcon craziness x3

Well, to be fair, he's not too bad about actually retconing stuff. More along the lines of filling in previously unmentioned holes. The word retcon is overrused, in my opinion. I mean, here's an example of a retcon: a TV show character who has a younger brother that's always offscreen, but then in a later season they make explicit mentions of the fact that he's an only child and never had any siblings. There's another term for filling in the gaps like Nomura does, but there aren't many actual retcons per se, and he remains closely consistent with established canon.
Here's a better example: Ansem the Seeker of Darkness being revealed as actually Xehanort, the real Ansem's apprentice. While that is technically a retcon, it does not actually violate previously established continuity, because the only person who called him Ansem was Ansem himself. No other person who might have known the real Ansem ever saw him or got enough of a physical description to correct Sora and company, so everyone believed that it was just the real Ansem. The retcon is actually consistent with logic and the nature of the story, and doesn't actually contradict it, so it's not a full-blown retcon.
Likewise, the reveal of Xion as the 14th member of the organization that everyone mysteriously forgot about by the time KH2 rolled around… first of all, we rarely see the Organization working, and when we do they're usually talking to Sora, so they might have been talking about Xion behind the scenes. But more importantly, Namine uses her already-established abilities to manipulate the memories of people connected to Sora and by extension Roxas to erase the memory of Xion from everyone's mind. While it IS a retcon, it's not a full-blown "Oh, she was there the whole time and no one noticed" retcon.
Yeah, this is a complicated topic. Oh, and I know about Axel being supposed to die at the beginning of KH2. To be fair, 358/2 and BBS take place before his death, and considering the nature of 358/2 Days there's no way Axel couldn't have shown up. And 358/2 Days sets up that Axel and Saix used to be friends.

Oh right the one in my wanted list. xD I forgot about 358/2. I also heard of one called Birth By Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3 for the PS3? o.o
But yeah, seems they are starting to grow. xD After the storyline ended in Kingdom Hearts 2... How the heck is it suppose to continue? o.o Guess there was more to it then I thought.

xD; Yeah I kinda noticed that. Like "some" games and storylines I know. But it's still interesting to see what other plots is there.
I would have thought they would have been released by now. Sure taking along time. xD; Reminds me when I wanted Spore to come out and then land up waiting for like 5 years.

It's sort of a riddle game...you have to answer riddles. x3 My boyfriend played it near me, and I always wanted to try to solve the puzzles, so I finally bought my own. xD
