I did this to see what attributes I was neglecting. I'm still getting to know Guy and the secret upcoming character, but it seems they need more negative traits. I gave Guy the traits of a good businessman, and Secret Character will be a leader type. However, the character might not have leadership as a trait, but instead as a responsibility.
All characters will develop more as time goes on, especially Patrick, since he's still a kid.
I could say that I need more unattractive characters, but people have such varying tastes that I could THINK I have an unattractive character, but someone else finds them attractive(looking at you, unrealistically-fat fur fetishists). My best stab at "unattractive" is Lulz McDuffy. She's thin, but doesn't take good care of herself(the latter being my main requirement for being unattractive). A person can be fat and still attractive if they take care of themselves. I could have a muscular character who's a complete slob, too. I'm considering giving Kenny a slightly bigger belly(I think most people would find it cute, actually), and Secret Character will be dating someone, so the character can't be COMPLETELY unappealing. Rufus, he's a cute character, but I figured "attractive" wouldn't really be one of his strong fronts. He's geeky, but "fat" is coupled with "geeky" too much. In fact, most usages of fat characters risk being a cliche, except as a strong main character. They're always supporting characters. Kenny's already the main character. Perhaps in the planned sequel I can move some characters around the importance chart. I don't think it'll be too much of a spoiler to say that I don't plan on running Kenny Chronicles into the ground with decades of recycled jokes like many syndicated comics. Also, huge archives are off-putting.
The only other thing I'll say about Secret Character is that they'll be a species I haven't drawn in the comic before, nor drawn in many(if any) other people's comics. This will help you better identify who it is, just so you don't wonder for too long. Anything else would be a spoiler.

Hmm, I'm not sure when I last said Rufus's name. He's that kangaroo Kenny was talking to when Guy showed up in the mafia-looking suit.
I seriously need to throw names in the comics more often. Garfield hears his name at least once a week, and look at HIS brand recognition!
