I got this stream from Maru's "Arts for Amber' Stream that happened a while back. i should have posted this sooner but life can be both busy and not so here it is now.

Sovereign is an interesting Flygon as he is both a good friend and roommate to Borealis and a complete an total bookworm that also super awkward in converstions (when they happen) He likes his books and enjoying them "Quietly and undisturbed" as he has said to borealis on numerous occasions. Due to an "Agreement" he has with Borealis' sister Aurora he sorta has to deal with the house whether borealis is quiet or not, dont worry thought borealis tries to give Sov his quiet time but you know social dragons have to be social i guess.

- I just realized that this is the first picture that i have of Sov with his trademark scarf, he never leaves without it and it never leaves his possession, winter or not he normally wears it even if it is 45 degrees C and scorching for other pokemon.
