Another Draconic version of Team Fortress 2 characters.

One of those not planed on, my idea was to implement his scale forming into his actual mask, was surprised how much i like the way it came out. As well wanted to keep his tail with his theme, even tho can hardla seees, it is more of a dagger like tip to it.
Do believe he is still quite the handsome rouge thar
