Remembered this character and decided to try to draw him again since I hadn't in ages. Mortimer Rigby being his usual charming self (that is to say, being grumpy, nihilistic, and misanthropic).

The little squiggle is meant to represent incoherent angry noises, but I'm not sure if it works.

Left it a sketch instead of trying to colour it since I'm lazy, and his colour scheme is mostly just black, white, and grey anyway.
