So I finally have a new ref, yay! There's also some backstory now too.

I'm a mutant shapeshifter, and each form I take isn't perfectly stable. more unstable forms cause me pain to be in so I don't stay in them for long. By far, my most stable form is 4-armed taur, but recently I discovered a new one - mutant werewolf. This new form is very nearly as stable as the taur.

Here's a rundown of his notable features:
-Two Heads: Strange for a stable form, he possesses two heads, side by side, sharing the same mind most of the time. The two heads only show individual minds under extreme mental stress or stimulation.
-Tentacles: He has 6 tentacles protruding from his back, covered in ultra-smooth blue skin slightly darker than his hair. They are about as long as he is tall, with a diameter roughly the size of a large grapefruit at the base, tapering to a point at the end. The smooth skin is coated in a layer of stinging cells (not unlike a jellyfish) and microscopic tendrils. The stinging cells contain a venom that will temporarily numb or paralyze something in its grasp. This venom is non-lethal and wears off in a few minutes. The micro tendrils can find their way into every nook and cranny in an object being grasped, allowing them to stick. Those tendrils will tickle and itch skin. Both the stinging cells and tendrils are enabled and disabled at will, so things can be grasped without issue. He also has 6 tongue-like tentacles in each mouth, being about the diameter of a quarter at the bases and tapering off to points in the tips. They are about 45cm long when fully extended out of the mouths. These mouth tentacles have the same stinging/grasping abilities of the ones on his back, but the mouth tentacles can taste. All of his tentacles are fully prehensile and has the ability to be both gentle and strong. In the photo, his tentacle tongues are not extended out fully. They can extend roughly 60cm from his mouths.
-Polydactyly: Each handpaw/footpaw has six digits.
-Two Tails: Due to having 2 heads, he also has 2 tails. His tails are fluffy.
-Height: 370cm
