The composition of this is great :) If I were going to give any sort of critique, perhaps her arms are too long and too obviously muscled (even fairly toned ladies tend to have smoother profile to their musculature than dudes), but the colouring, the pose, the expression, the little details like jewelry and fur texture are spot on. You even gave her breasts a sense of gravity by having them flatten while she's on her back. Lots of artists forget that real boobs are soft and squishy and hang with gravity :) So, great job!
